Before this platform, security analysts manually investigated every alert by logging into multiple detection tools, cross-referencing user and endpoint data, and checking threat intelligence sources one by one. This took 15 to 45 minutes per alert for basic triage. High alert volume created constant pressure, inconsistent investigation quality, and risk that real threats could get buried in noise. Analyst time was consumed by repetitive data gathering rather than higher-value threat hunting.
